LEED Certified Products
J&M Lock, Inc distributes products from many manufacturers. Some products have been given LEED ratings. Since products cannot
be LEED certified they are given LEED points to contribute to helping your home or business become LEED Certified. This is a
list of the manufacturers and their ratings:
Adams Rite Manufacturing Co, located in Pomona, California manufactures deadbolts, header bolts, threshold bolts, cylinder
guards and exit indicators using 35% recycled content. Deadbolt strikes are manufactured of 25% recycled content. There are
no Volatile Organic Compounds in any Adams Rite product.
Corbin Russwin manufacturers using Post-consumer recycled content in their products:
- Mortise Locks - 62.1%
- Cylindrical Locks - 60.1%
- Exit Devices - 54.5%
- Door Closers (cast Iron) - 51%
- Door Closers (Aluminum) - 52%
All Corbin Russwin products, with the exception of door closers and holders, are manufactured in Berlin, CT. Door closers and
holders are manufactured in Monroe, NC. Corbin Russwin products do not produce VOC emissions.

Sargent MP3000, 4000 & 1130 series door closers are manufactured in Monroe, NC. Their 3 and 6 line bored locks are
manufactured in Mexico. The 7500 & 6500 series bored locks are manufactured in South Korea. Sargent products do not produce
VOC emissions.

Securitron manufactures their DPS Series products in Kimball, Nebraska, USA. MM15 & Vista series products are manufactured in
China. PSP series items are manufactured in Taiwan. The XMS motion sensor is manufactured in Brossard, Quebec, Canada. All
other Securitron products are manufactured in Sparks, Nevada, USA. Securitron products do not product VOC emissions.
